Blinds portal software
Today's JobsSee a break down of all the jobs that are scheduled for today based on which installer or team of installers they are assigned to. This also tracks jobs that your installers still need to schedule or mark as complete. Why is this important? This feature keeps jobs from falling through the cracks when an installer is supposed to call the customer to schedule or that they completed the job but forgot to mark it as complete. Canceled JobsKnowing when a job is canceled by your vendor is very important. Blinds Portal will show canceled jobs on the dashboard so you are never surprised. Why is this important? Jobs get canceled from time to time, but you always need to know as soon as possible so you don't waste your installer's time going out to a job that doesn't exist anymore. Completed JobsTo keep track of the completion of jobs, we show completed jobs in the dashboard so your administrators can get one last peek at them before they get sent back to the vendor to be paid out. Why is this important? This final check is not strictly necessary, but it can be very helpful to get one last eye on a job before sending it back to your vendor for payment. |
New JobsAny job that gets automatically ingested from a third party will show up on your Dashboard in the New Jobs category. You can use this to organize your incoming jobs before they get scheduled. Why is this important? This keeps track of your new jobs so you can sure they are handled right away! This may entail: scheduling the job, assigning it to the installer, or validating the payment amount or labor items. Hold JobsWhile Blinds Portal tries to keep your jobs organized and move them through specific steps as they are completed, occasionally things happen that are unexpected. So we've added a way to put a job on "hold" so you can deal with what ever unique circumstance surrounds that job without losing track of the job. Why is this important? Jobs on hold get put in a special place on the Dashboard where they are visible, but not in your face. Just a subtle reminder that there is still some pending action to be done before the job is marked as completed and paid out. |
