Job Problems

Tracking mistakes at the job site is invaluable to maintaining good relationships with your Customers as well as your Vendors. Sometimes it is your mistake, and other times it is the Vendor's. But being able to track exactly what went wrong and why and keeping those records attached to the job can save you many headaches down the road. It also takes care of uploading those problem forms directly to your vendor so you just have to enter them and know that when the job is completed, your Vendor will be notified.

Why is this important?

The problem form can give the Vendor all of the information they need to be able to set up a follow up trip out to your Customer's house. The quicker that happens, the quicker you can fix the problem for your Customer, resulting in them being happier with your service.
