Communication between your installers and your administrators needs to be as clear as possible. Installers and administrators can leave each other notes directly on the job so that they are both on the same page.

Why is this important?
Using email or even phone calls can get messy. With emails, you have to try and keep track of an email chain that might take place over weeks. With phone calls, there is no record of what was discussed or ultimately decided. Having a convenient place to communicate back and forth is super helpful to keep everyone up to date.​

Communicate with the originating store or third-party job or lead provider (Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, etc) just like typing into a chat box. Also get notified when they respond so you never miss a beat.
